SI5335D-B03942-GMR Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations.
