This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
