SI5335D-B04427-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
