SI5332AD08210-GM3R Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented.
