SI5335D-B03672-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
