SI5335B-B07706-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
