SI5335D-B03723-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
