SI5335D-B05508-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
