SI5335A-B02993-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
