SI5335D-B03587-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
