ADF4154BRU Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 4GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 2.7V~3.3V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of Clock logic.
