SI5335D-B03322-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
