SI5335D-B07106-GMR Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
