Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. There is a maximum frequency of 312.5MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
