SI5335D-B02444-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Clock PLL synthesi200MHzes a high-quality 200MHz clock output frequency. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
