SI5335D-B09021-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 24 terminations found in the file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel.
