SI5335A-B08636-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
