SI5335C-B08395-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
