SI5335B-B01571-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
