Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. In this clock generator, HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL is used as the input to the clock. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 644.53MHz is available. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL works with 2.375V~3.465V supply voltage provided.
