SI5335C-B07192-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
