This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The input of this clock generator is designed to be HCSL. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. An up to 400MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer.
