SI5335B-B03151-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
