SI5335C-B06483-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 24 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
