SI5335D-B05882-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
