This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
