SI5345B-D11098-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are 64 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V.
