SI5335B-B05902-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
