SI5335B-B08357-GMR Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
