CY7B994V-2BBXC Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 100-LBGA package. As the Clock PLL's input, LVPECL, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 200MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 2.97V~3.63V available for use with this clock PLL. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. It's compatible with LVTTL logic levels.
