SI5335B-B08283-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
