SI5335B-B06102-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
