The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 48 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount.
