SI5335A-B07336-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
