SI5335A-B08924-GMR Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
