CDC7005GVAT Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-BGA package. LVCMOS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 800MHz maximum.
