SI5335A-B08078-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
