A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
