Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
