SI5335B-B01753-GM Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
