SI5394B-A10987-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. LVCMOS is designed as this clock generator's input.
