SI5335A-B02204-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
