Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced.
