SI5392D-A11064-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. In this clock generator, LVCMOS is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits.
