SI5332G-D-GM1 Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. The 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 312.5MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.63V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C.
