SI5386A-E-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. There are 12 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 735MHz 2.94912GHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As long as there are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here.
