The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. There are 24 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
