BU4846F-TR Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. In a 2.4V supply voltage, the power management conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 700mV for this PMIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 7V volts in this IC power. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 550nA. You can always use BU4846, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A power supply of 2.5/5V watts is required for the operation of this power management. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 1.75μA.
