S-80149BNMC-JHAT2G Overview

As with other Voltage Detector products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When 6.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The IC power comes from the well-known S-801 series.
