BD5351G-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. The total number of pins on this power management is 5. This power management has 5 pins. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 950mV for this PMIC. There should be no more than 6.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD53, the base power ics number.
